One week to go until Christmas 2023 and the HISF Committee would like to wish you all a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. We have started booking Artists for our 2024 Festival but are still looking for interesting acts so if you are looking to perform please do apply to info@harwichshantyfestival.co.uk . (Preferably not until January now as we would like to have a Christmas holiday!!)
Treasure Hunt
And if you are looking for something to do between Christmas and the New Year don’t forget that we have our annual Christmas fundraising event - a Treasure Hunt - taking place on 30th December at the Alma Inn. Suitable for all the family with cryptic clues for adults and picture clues for children. Come and join our merry band of sleuths from midday onwards. Merchandise
The Visitor Centre on Ha’Penny Pier will close for the winter at the end of December, but all our merchandise is still available to purchase online, Go to https://store.harwichshantyfestival.co.uk/ to buy your t-shirts, sweatshirts, mugs, CDs, songbooks and more.
Photos
We normally keep an extensive photographic collection from each years festival but illness, injury and various other problems have led to a paucity of photos to record our 2023 Festival. If you have any good quality photos you are happy to share we should be grateful to receive them. Please send to the email address given above. Thank you.
