Fundraising
Good news on the fundraising front! The Cake’n’Shanty Event raised a very welcome £640 towards this year’s festival and the Quiz at the New Bell raised a further £142. Many thanks for all who supported these events in whatever capacity.
Artists for 2024
We are preparing to upload all artists to our website now and expect details to go live in the next couple of weeks. Keep an eye on all Social Media for announcements. And should you be a booked artist who has not yet sent a photo please do so as soon as possible to ensure inclusion.
Posters and Fliers
These are being printed as we speak so look out for them appearing around the town and further afield. Offers of help for distribution are welcomed. Please click the image below to download a PDF of the poster (for your window!)
Stewards
As always we are on the look out for stewards at the Festival. It’s fun to be part of the team and we always make sure you don’t have to work too hard. Plus you receive a wristband allowing entry to some ticketed events. For more information please contact harriehayward@yahoo.co.uk
Caravan and Campervan site
And here is the news we have been waiting for. We are now able to take bookings for the Caravan and Motorhome site on Harwich Green. Go to https://store.harwichshantyfestival.co.uk/product/campervan-caravan-parking/ to register
Catering
Finally an appeal for help again. We have just heard that we have lost our “in house” caterers at the Festival. If you or anyone you know would like to tender for cooking approximately 50 breakfasts and the same number of evening meals please contact us asap!
